Founder Ruben loved chocolate long before his interest in evidence-based nutrition led him to discover the remarkable potential of cacao flavanols. Yet the deeper he looked, the more frustrated he became: origins were unclear, processing methods undisclosed and flavanol levels rarely measured. Unable to find the pure, transparent and lab-tested cacao he was looking for, Ruben created it himself. Today, together with his sister, he is building Flava’Choc around one uncompromising mission: to preserve what makes cacao truly valuable through organic sourcing, minimal processing and measurable quality. Cacao as it was always meant to be, pure, powerful and proven.
