Flava’Choc Unroasted Cacao Nibs are cacao in one of its purest forms: whole cacao beans cracked into naturally crunchy pieces after the outer shell has been removed.

Sourced from single-origin Nacional cacao grown in Guayas, Ecuador, these nibs are left completely unroasted to preserve their exceptionally high concentration of naturally occurring cacao flavanols and polyphenols.

Their flavour is intense, earthy and complex, with subtle notes of dried cranberry, gentle fruitiness and a soft saline finish. Sprinkle them over yoghurt or oatmeal, blend them into smoothies, use them as a crunchy topping or enjoy them directly from the bag.
