We pack every order with care in Hasselt (Belgium). During launches, the Christmas period or sales, processing can take a little longer.

A few products have different free-shipping thresholds
For olive oils, books, ceremonial cacao and some other products with a small margin, free shipping applies from €100 in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and from €125 in Germany, Austria and France. This is shown on the product page.
Water: Benelux only
Icelandic Glacial and Healsi water are only shipped within Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Belgium €6.95, free from €75; Netherlands and Luxembourg €9.95).
Pick up in Hasselt
You can also collect your order for free at our store in Hasselt (Wednesday to Saturday).
Where do you ship?
Within the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU yet.

Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on weekdays usually ship the same day.
How do you ship?
With standard tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
