ATTIMO is the passion project of Belgian entrepreneur and podcast host Gilles De Clerck, known to many as Gilles DC. After spending years exploring health, nutrition and conscious living through hundreds of conversations with experts, he became fascinated by the world of exceptional olive oil and discovered how far most supermarket oils had drifted from their origins. Through ATTIMO, Gilles set out to reconnect people with the real thing: fresh, early-harvest olive oil sourced directly from dedicated producers who care deeply about their land, their trees and their craft. The result is a collection of oils that reflects the same curiosity, authenticity and respect for nature that have shaped Gilles' work for years.
