How to use

Whey Bath: add 2 tablespoons to warm bath water and swirl to dissolve.
Shampoo & Wash: apply a small amount to wet hair and skin, work into a soft lather and rinse with warm water.
Body Lotion: apply to clean skin and massage in gently, ideally after the bath.
Nappy Balm: apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin at every nappy change.
Wind & Weather Balm: before going outside, gently massage a little into cheeks, nose and lips.
