How to use

Belly Oil: massage gently into belly, breasts, buttocks and thighs once or twice daily, ideally from the start of pregnancy.
Shampoo & Wash: apply a small amount to wet hair and skin, work into a soft lather and rinse with warm water.
Body Lotion: apply to clean skin and massage in gently, ideally after the bath.
Nappy Balm: apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin at every nappy change.
