Mix ½–1 teaspoon (approx. 2,000 mg) up to twice daily into your hot drink, smoothie, or yoghurt. For best results, take in cycles of 6–8 weeks, followed by a pause of 1–8 weeks. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Please recycle our packaging.
