Flava’Choc 80% offers the depth and character of pure cacao with a softer, naturally balanced finish. It is made with the same single-origin Nacional cacao from Guayas, Ecuador, used in the 100% bar.

The cacao remains unroasted and non-alkalised and is gently conched at low temperatures. A small amount of organic date powder and cacao butter softens the cacao’s raw intensity without overpowering its natural flavour.

With no refined sugar, flavourings, emulsifiers or unnecessary additives, this 80% bar delivers intense cacao with subtle natural sweetness and delicate notes of dried cranberry, gentle fruitiness and a soft saline finish.

Only with a little organic date powder. There is no refined sugar, flavouring or emulsifier: just organic cacao beans, organic cacao butter and organic date powder.

What is the difference with the 100% bar?
Both use the same unroasted Nacional cacao from Ecuador. The 80% bar adds a little date powder and cacao butter for a softer, gently sweet finish; the 100% bar is pure cacao with no sweetness at all.
