Organic Chaga Extract - A Northern Tradition of Resilience
Description
A revered northern fungus, treasured in herbal traditions and studied for its antioxidant and immune-modulating properties.
Mind Studio’s Chaga Extract belongs to Natural Defences, our collection dedicated to immunity, resistance and airways.
Growing on birch trees in cold northern forests, Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) has a longstanding place in Northern European folk medicine. Traditionally prepared as a dark infusion, it brings a distinctive forest heritage to the world of functional mushrooms.
Its appeal extends beyond tradition. Chaga contains polysaccharides, triterpenoids and phenolic compounds that have drawn scientific interest for their relationship with immune activity and oxidative stress.
Mind Studio brings this northern tradition into a convenient organic liquid extract. Formulated and bottled in Denmark, it slips easily into your morning tea, coffee or smoothie.

Why Chaga Belongs in Natural Defences
Chaga’s place in Natural Defences rests on its traditional use and research exploring its antioxidant and immune-modulating activity.
Laboratory and animal studies have produced promising findings, helping explain the continued interest in this distinctive fungus.
From Birch Forest to Bottle
Chaga’s dark, woody growth is quite different from the familiar cap-and-stem shape of many mushrooms. Its close relationship with birch trees and cold forest environments is central to its identity.
Traditionally, preparing Chaga meant making an infusion. Mind Studio’s liquid extract offers a practical way to enjoy that tradition without a lengthy preparation.
Dual Extraction, Thoughtfully Prepared
Mind Studio uses ultrasonic-assisted dual extraction, combining water and alcohol to extract different groups of naturally occurring compounds.
The finished preparation contains just organic Chaga, purified water and ethanol, bottled in Miron violet glass.
