Good to know

Our Wild Chaga Powder is sustainably harvested from birch trees in the pristine forests of Finland. Long revered in traditional medicine, chaga is naturally rich in phytochemicals and beta-glucans, special polysaccharides that support the healthy function of your immune system.

As an adaptogen, chaga can help your body adjust to both environmental and mental stress, bringing you back to balance and resilience. Emerging research suggests it may also support metabolism, skin vitality, and cardiovascular health, though further studies are needed to fully understand these benefits.

To unlock its full potential, chaga should be prepared hot. Steep or simmer the powder in water for 20–30 minutes to draw out its unique compounds, then enjoy as a warming infusion. You can also use the steeped chaga as a base for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, adding a grounding, earthy richness to your daily rituals.
