We are beyond excited to announce: starting Saturday 13th, we will have the finest non-alcoholic wines from Oddbird available in store. With the holiday season around the corner, a time for gatherings, cozy dinners and celebrations, Oddbird is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to raise a glass without alcohol, but doesn’t want to sacrifice taste, quality or atmosphere.

And there’s more: we will record a special episode of “A Love Affair with Nature” with Oddbird founder Moa Gürbüzer, a candid conversation on what it means to create wine without alcohol, and how a mindful drinking culture can be beautiful, sophisticated and inclusive.

Why Oddbird stands out

Oddbird isn’t just a “wine-but-NA” label. From their carefully selected grapes, to slow maturation, to gentle alcohol removal, to elegant design, everything is crafted to keep the integrity of wine alive.

  • Authentic wine craftsmanship, zero alcohol. Their grapes come from excellent vineyards; wines are aged up to 12 months, then dealcoholized by a gentle vacuum distillation process, a method that preserves aroma, flavour and varietal character far better than older, harsher techniques.

  • Taste, structure and elegance. Unlike many non-alcoholic wines that taste flat or overly sweet, Oddbird delivers balanced acidity, minerality, crispness or richness, depending on the cuvée, giving you a wine-like experience without compromise.

  • A cultural shift. Their mission is to reshape drinking norms, to make “wine without alcohol” not a fallback, but a deliberate, tasteful choice.

Whether you’re “sober curious,” avoiding alcohol, expecting guests who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, or simply curious, Oddbird offers a refined, elevated alternative to standard soft drinks or mocktails.

  • Food & pairing ideas: Ideal for aperitifs, toasts, celebrations. Pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, oysters, seafood platters, soft cheeses, sushi, light vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, or holiday appetizers. Also great on its own for a festive spritz.

Roasted vegetables, tomato-based pastas, grilled dishes, mushroom risotto, lentil stews, holiday roasts, cheese boards and winter comfort food. Serve slightly cool (around 14–16°C).
