Oddbird White (Non-Alcoholic), Alsace & South of France
Description
Fresh, Mineral & Radiant
Presence is crafted from Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Crafted from organically grown grapes sourced from Alsace and the South of France, this liberated white wine brings together a rare and expressive blend: Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Viognier, and Sauvignon. Each variety contributes its own nuance, creating a wine that is vibrant, aromatic, and texturally complete. Aged for 12 months, it achieves a beautiful harmony between freshness and depth.
The nose opens with fresh fruit, lemon, citrus, and subtle spice, characteristic of its northern terroir. On the palate, a lively acidity meets a gentle roundness, offering both tension and balance. Mineral notes emerge through the mid-palate, giving the wine structure and a sense of place, while the finish remains refreshing, clean, and long-lasting.
A crisp, expressive white that captures the purity of its regions, bright, mineral-driven, and perfectly liberated from alcohol without losing its soul.
Crafted by Mehmet and Moa Gürbüzer, a mother-son duo, Oddbird is indeed an “odd bird,” meaning that it features elegant premium non-alcoholic wines that taste delicious.
