Hanuman Herbs

We are Tomaž and Monika, herbalists from the hills near Litija in Slovenia. Here, close to the Adriatic Sea, the landscape has preserved much of its natural biodiversity: hills, mountains, and deep forests full of life.

On our small organic farm, we grow and gather a wide variety of herbs. Some we cultivate, while many grow wild. This is not an ordinary farm, but a place where nature still speaks strongly.

We believe in the unique wisdom that plants carry within them. For us, working with herbs is not just a job, it is a way of living. It means walking through pristine meadows, inhaling the fragrance of wildflowers, harvesting in remote forest clearings or wetlands, digging in the soil, and always seeking new ways to connect and learn from the plants.
