How to use

Apply to the skin in the evening, massaging or rubbing in for at least 5 minutes. For better absorption and less greasiness, apply to damp skin or pat the area with wet hands after application.

For stronger effect, apply Hanuman’s Comfrey
Tincture to the area before massaging in the ointment.
Due to naturally occurring pyrrolizidine alkaloids in comfrey, safe external use is limited to 4–6 weeks per year.
