Omega-3 Fish Oil EPAX 1000 mg 60 Caps
Description
A meaningful daily balance of EPA and DHA
Floruna Omega-3 Fish Oil belongs to The Dailies: our collection of vitamins, minerals and everyday essentials selected to support biological processes that depend on regular nourishment.
One daily softgel provides 1,000 mg of premium EPAX® fish oil, including 400 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA. This considered 4:3 balance offers a slight emphasis on EPA while retaining a substantial daily amount of DHA.
EPA and DHA contribute together to normal heart function, while DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. With 700 mg of EPA and DHA, including 300 mg DHA, one softgel comfortably provides the quantities required for these recognised benefits.

Look Beyond “1,000 mg Fish Oil”
The total amount of fish oil does not tell the complete story. What matters when comparing formulas is how much EPA and DHA that oil actually provides.
Each Floruna softgel contains 1,000 mg of fish oil, of which 700 mg consists of the named long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. This transparency makes it clear what your daily capsule genuinely delivers.
EPA and DHA are closely related, but they are not interchangeable. They are incorporated into tissues differently and participate in distinct biological processes. Rather than concentrating almost exclusively on one, Floruna Omega-3 provides a meaningful amount of both.
Omega-3, Omega-6 and the Pathways They Share
Omega-6 is not the enemy. Both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids have essential roles within human biology. The challenge is that a typical Western diet often supplies omega-6 abundantly, while direct sources of EPA and DHA may appear much less regularly.
The plant-based omega-3 ALA can be converted into EPA and then DHA, but this conversion is limited. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids also use some of the same metabolic enzymes and contribute to related signalling pathways.
There is no universally agreed “perfect ratio.” The more useful question is therefore not how to eliminate omega-6, but whether your diet provides a consistent source of EPA and DHA.
Why EPAX®?
EPAX® produces its concentrated marine oils in Norway according to demanding purity and quality standards. Its EQP+ Tech® process begins with human-grade crude fish oil and purifies and concentrates it without hexane, acetone, methanol, petroleum ethers or excessive heat.
Oxygen exposure and temperature are carefully controlled throughout production, while natural antioxidants help protect freshness and stability. Every batch undergoes advanced testing for environmental contaminants and signs of oxidation.
Because with fish oil, purity is only part of quality. Freshness matters too.
A Daily Source from the Sea
Omega-3 is not a quick fix or something to remember only occasionally. EPA and DHA earn their place through consistency.
Floruna Omega-3 Fish Oil turns that consistency into one simple ritual: one concentrated softgel, preferably taken with a meal, every day.
¹ The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
