UPPEAL™ is a next-generation material born from the by-products of the apple juice and jam industries. After the apple waste is dried and milled into a fine powder, it’s blended with approximately 40% PU and applied to a recycled cotton base. The result is a soft, flexible, durable alternative to traditional leather that upcycles waste and supports circular craftsmanship.

The Ava Card Holder is crafted in UPPEAL™, a vegan alternative to traditional leather created from the by-products of the apple juice and jam industries. After the apple waste is dried and finely ground, it is blended with approximately forty percent PU and applied to a recycled cotton base. The result is a material that is soft, flexible, durable, and rooted in circular innovation.

UPPEAL™ is designed to last. With mindful care and balanced use, it preserves its structure, softness, and refined appearance for over ten years.

The body is made from UPPEAL™, complemented by Miomojo’s signature lining in one hundred percent recycled PET from plastic bottles. All metal details are finished in light gold, allergy friendly, and free from nickel to ensure both comfort and longevity.

To care for the piece, gently clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Avoid chemicals and solvents. Store the card holder in its original dustbag and keep it in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture to protect its texture and colour over time.
