Erbology

We are Irina and Victor, siblings hooked on whole foods, healthy living and weird-sounding roots and berries. We scour the world to source medicinal plants and fungi directly from small organic farmers. We make our foods in small batches to keep them pure and potent. No gimmicks, no nasties, only what nature offers in its best form.

Our inspiration comes from childhood summers spent in the countryside. We remember the scent of dried plums, berries and herbs in our grandmother’s house. She would collect and dry plants to use for food, teas and remedies. We grew up surrounded by cherry trees, walnut sacks and fields of milk thistle.

Those memories shaped us and taught us the rhythm of living in tune with the land. At Erbology we try to capture that spirit of simplicity and care. We believe food can heal, nourish and bring joy. We believe the closer food is to nature, the better it is for us.

That’s why we choose farmers who respect the soil and the plants they grow. That’s why we craft our foods ourselves instead of outsourcing them. We believe quality comes from attention and responsibility at every step. We believe that quick fixes and gimmicks have no place in real wellbeing.

Erbology is our way of bringing the wisdom of nature into daily life.
